A little look at Cal's beach activities...
Today Cal worked at digging "pools" on the beach during low tide. Henry got anxious to go up to the swimming pool so I had to pull Cal away from his work. He started pleading, "Mom, pleeeeaaassse...can't I finish our project?" My little workaholic perfectionist - he takes his work very seriously, and doesn't like to leave anything undone. He was also a little frustrated later in the day when his project - a whole morning's work of consistent digging and hauling - was under the waves of a higher tide. (Hmmmm...sounds a tiny bit analagous to momming, eh?)

I've said it before and I'll say it again -- your kids are soooooo cute!
Yep, totally cute. My kids always want to hang at the pool and I want to be at the beach!
Ah, the futility of digging holes near the water at the beach... such blissful futility, too...
Looks like so much fun! What a great summer day activity.
I wish I were there so that Cal could have stayed digging until the tide came it. He is always so determined!
Where did my commen go? :( So now I'm not only getting old, but I'm going crazy as well. I just hope I didn't post it on another blog (I'm using tab, and they can get a little confusing when not paying attention).
Anyways, here's what i thought I wrote before:
CalHenry's beach pics are so cute :)
Your kids are so adorable, digging holes is a manly tough job.
How do you keep those little white guys from getting sunburn?
