When we had a new baby in the house I always referred to the older children as "grown up" or a "big girl" and stressed the priviledges of being older. I would ask them to preform some of the easy tasks that I had previously done for them...or bring diapers or supplies for the baby. They were able to "help Mommy and do so much more than the baby was able to do". It made them feel more grown up and it was great for me to have a second pair of hands. :-) Best wishes!!Diane @ A Watered Gardenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12331995244987250852noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27155002.post-12771918011902346662007-06-01T03:07:00.000+04:002007-06-01T03:07:00.000+04:00Yes, he knows changes are ahead...I am so out-of-t...Yes, he knows changes are ahead...

I am so out-of-touch. He will wake me up two more times before saying, "Mom, I don't think you are ever going to really get me cereal".
Hang in there =)Ice Creamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10720267761985766740noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27155002.post-87324320647369406352007-05-31T19:48:00.000+04:002007-05-31T19:48:00.000+04:00My son went through a stage like that too.
